Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment, and they will be processed after a thorough review of the case. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on service completion stages. Partial refunds may apply if services have already commenced.

Delivery Policy

All services offered by PFM are digital and will be delivered through email or our customer portal. Upon receipt of payment and any required documentation, we will begin the certification process. The timeline for each step will vary based on the service package selected. Our estimated delivery time will be communicated during the onboarding process, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks depending on client readiness and documentation requirements.

Return Policy

As our services are digital, we do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with the certification results or the service provided, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their certification process before the completion of the assessment and submission stages. Cancellations requested after substantial progress has been made (e.g., final certification submission or evaluation) may not be eligible for a full refund. If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately, and we will assess the situation and inform you of any eligible refund amount based on the progress of the service.
